I suppose it's about time ...
Having had this page for a while now without posting anything, it's probably about time I put something here - if only so people can respond to anything I may write on others' blogs without clogging up those. It's all about good manners. There must be a prescribed Blog etiquette treatise somewhere.
So, will I start blogging seriously? Maybe ... it's a good community out there. We shall see.

I saw your post in Rachel Fuller's blog and on my blog. It's nice to meet someone on here from Melbourne. I was just laughing to myself thinking theres a good chance I know you somehow. Melbourne is a bit like that (6 degrees of separation) what part of Melbourne are you from?
Gosh - comments! Thanks Pete - Noted. Jeanine - I've posted tha response on your blog too (what's the prescribed procedure when replying to questions - your blog or mine?), but will answer here too. I'm in the 'burbs - Glen Iris. Very pretty, very green, great for bike tracks, very dull for nightlife! Mercifully, it's also a great position for buzzing into town.
Must get better at this communication thing and blog properly soon.

I thought I'd post the reply from my bolg here. Glen Iris is a nice spot...I'm in Fitzroy lived here for nearly 20 years.
